“I presented Jerry with a particularly difficult assignment: to create a downward-facing art light to illuminate a family collection of Colombian figurines on an antique wooden table. Oh, and with no possibility for plugging in the lamp, which sat in front of a receptacle-free interior concrete wall.
Jerry came up with a beautiful brass fixture supported by wooden box that matched the table, and that hid a switch and a rechargeable battery — all accessible by means of a removable lid on the box. With the long-lasting battery charged and the light switched on, my collection is lit with a mellow light and a box that perfectly complements the antique table. Ingenious, too. Bravo, Jerry!”
