This stemware hanger was created for one of my lighting clients. She needed more shelf space for some stemware glasses and we decided to hang them from the bottom of the glassware cabinet, over the bar. I made a simple rack by creating one long board and rabbiting both sides, leaving a section in the middle to separate the bases. The board was then cut into small lengths that were screwed to an 1/8" back board. The back board was then screwed to the bottom of the cabinet. The wood is walnut with a cherry stain to help it match the color of the cabinet. It works great and looks like it was a part of the original build. She was very happy.
